
Elanor O. Bayten
About the Individual
Prof. ELANOR O. BAYTEN is a full time faculty member of the Faculty of the Behavioral and Social Sciences at the Philippine Normal University teaching Values Education, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology and Professional Education courses. She has served as Technical Assistant at the Office of the Vice President for Research, Planning and Quality Assurance and Linkages and International office and a faculty researcher at the Educational Policy Research and development Center in the same university. She has been the coordinator of the CHED Research Funded projects of PNU and former Secretariat of the Association of Southeast Asian Teacher Education Network or AsTEN and currently the Secretariat of Philippine Higher Education Research Consortium.
Prof.Bayten is an active member of national/international associations such as the Asia Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE), Philippine Association of Counselors, Educators and Research Scholars (PACERS), and the Philippine Higher Education Research Consortium (PHERC) where she is currently the Board Secretary.

Recently, she was awarded as one of the ten PNU teachers with exemplary teaching evaluation for 2018.
